Two Sheriff’s Deputies Shot, Killed While Serving Warrant in Georgia

Two suspects have been arrested in Cobb County, Georgia as a result of what can be described as an ambush. Two Georgia deputies were shot and killed while attempting to serve a warrant for failure to appear for theft by deception.
After there was no response to the officers’ attempted knocking, the officers returned to their car as another vehicle approached the house. As the officers exited the car assuming one of the passengers of the car was the suspect to receive the warrant, the officers were gunned down.
