FLORENCE COUNTY, S.C. (WMBF) – The driver injured in a two-vehicle crash Tuesday morning in Florence County has died, according to the South Carolina Highway Patrol.
The crash happened around 7:35 a.m. Tuesday near the Sparrow and Kennedy Tractor Company on Highway 52, SCHP said.
According to the report, a 2003 tractor trailer traveling north on Hwy 52 was struck when a 2006 Chevy pickup truck traveling south crossed the median into the tractor trailer’s lane.
The driver of the tractor-trailer was taken to the hospital.
