Miss South Carolina welcomed back to Hartsville

On Sunday, August 28, the City of Hartsville held a Homecoming Celebration for Jill Dudley who won Miss SC in June of this year. Dudley was treated to a presentation by local officials as well as staff and members of the Miss South Carolina Scholarship Organization.
