Kim Jong Un Declares North Korea a Nuclear Weapons State

North Korean leader Kim Jong Un has declared the country a nuclear weapons state. Kim Jong Un stated North Korea will continue to strengthen their nuclear force and said there would be no negotiations on denuclearization. The new law also gives them the right to use preemptive nuclear strikes to protect itself. The U.S. raises concern that North Korea may begin to carry out underground nuclear test for the first time in years.
