MYRTLE BEACH — National homebuilder Toll Brothers is nearing completion on two of its newest communities in the Myrtle Beach area, one near Murrells Inlet and the other off U.S. 501 in Carolina Forest.
Wren Bay is located five miles away from the Murrells Inlet MarshWalk at 519 Bumble Circle off of McDowell Short Cut Road in Burgess, while Clear Pond is close to the Myrtle Beach National golf course at 6101 Chadderton Circle near Carolina Forest High School.
Home prices at Clear Pond start in the low $300,000s and homes in Wren Bay start from the upper $300,000s.
Company officials said one of the last remaining home styles in Wren Bay is the Wren Farmhouse, featuring three bedrooms, two bathrooms, 1,706 square feet of living space and a two-car garage. The 141-home community has seven different home designs ranging from 1,670 to 3,123 square feet.
The homes include open layouts, loft spaces, granite countertops, stainless-steel appliances and community amenities with a pool, lake and common space.
Clear Pond is a master-planned subdivision in Carolina Forest with multiple builders that was originally built in the late 2000s by Lennar Homes. Toll Brothers said it offers seven one- and two-story home designs in the community ranging from 1,670 up to 2,596 square feet of living space.
Move-in ready homes, including the Madison South Transitional and the Austin South Classic, are available in the 176-home Clear Pond community. Both homes include three bedrooms and two bathrooms with two to three car attached garages, nine-foot ceilings, lofts, granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances.
Clear Pond’s amenities include a clubhouse with two pools, two volleyball courts, a fitness facility, a children’s playground and a pond with a walking trail.
Founded in Pennsylvania in 1967, Toll Brothers builds in over 60 markets in 24 states, including multiple communities across South Carolina.
